Help For Victims
The Clery Center is a clearinghouse of information for victims and their families regarding Clery Act compliance and Title IX guidelines. Our staff is committed to empowering students, student victims, and parents to learn about the unique rights afforded to students on college campuses.
The Clery Center provides outreach and training to educate college and university community members about campus safety compliance, prevention services, collaboration techniques, and how to raise awareness about crime.
Please call (484) 580-8754 with any questions.
We do not have a 24-hour hotline. If this is a true emergency, please call your local law enforcement, campus police, or 911.
Information for Victims
This federal law requires colleges and universities to afford victims of campus sexual assault certain basic rights.
If you are a sexual assault survivor, you reported the assault to your school, and they failed to promptly and effectively respond, your Title IX rights may have been violated.
If you work on a campus, in victim services, or are looking to do education within your community, please visit our store for more resources.
Note: The Clery Center for Security On Campus does not provide counseling or other legal services to victims of campus crime.
Launched in connection with the White House Task Force to Protect Students from Sexual Assault, www.notalone.gov provides information for students, schools, and the public regarding prevention of and response to campus sexual assault, including the intersection of the Clery Act and Title IX.
