Clery Act State of the Field Survey

Clery Center is excited to announce the first of its kind Clery Act State of the Field Survey, designed to gather benchmark data from and for Clery Act practitioners across the country. The goals of the survey are to identify what institutional resources and support are being dedicated to Clery Act implementation, trends in how institutions are interpreting and implementing Clery Act requirements, what external resources and systems are being utilized for Clery Act implementation, and challenges or concerns institutions are navigating with Clery Act implementation.

The survey data will be made available to the public, free of charge. We encourage everyone who works at an institution of higher education and has any Clery Act related responsibilities to participate. Your participation in this survey is vital to show important nationwide trends across all aspects of Clery Act compliance. 

The survey will take approximately 25 minutes to complete. Please note that you do not have to complete the survey in one sitting; you are able to save your progress and complete it later.

Although the survey is anonymous, there is an option to provide your contact information to be entered in a weekly drawing for a $200 Visa gift card. 

The survey will close for responses at 11:59pm ET, Friday, August 30, 2024.
